7. Domain Registration

  • Domain registration is subject to availability and governed by ICANN and IN Registry rules.

  • Once registered, domain names cannot be refunded or transferred within the cooling-off period.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your domain name does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Web Hosting Terms

  • Hosting services are provided on shared, VPS, or dedicated servers based on the chosen plan.

  • You must not use hosting services for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities, including spamming, phishing, malware distribution, or copyright infringement.

  • Aegiswebs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or consume excessive server resources.

9. Website Development and Deliverables

  • Project timelines will be shared based on the scope of work agreed upon in writing.

  • Aegiswebs retains ownership of design materials, code, and other intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their business.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, code, and other materials provided by Aegiswebs remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients must ensure that any materials they provide do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

Aegiswebs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Web Development: Cancellation before project initiation may be eligible for a partial refund. After initiation, no refunds will be issued.

  • Hosting and Domain Services: These are non-refundable once activated or registered.

  • Aegiswebs reserves the right to cancel any service in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

14. Service Suspension or Termination

Upon termination, your access to hosting accounts and files may be removed permanently.

15. Force Majeure

Aegiswebs is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, server outages, strikes, or government actions.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
