At Aegiswebs, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our web development, hosting, and domain registration services.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel a service or request a refund.

By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

2. General Terms

  • All services provided by Aegiswebs are digitally delivered and customized according to the client’s requirements.

  • Due to the nature of digital and customized services, refunds are only available under specific circumstances outlined below.

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to support@aegiswebs.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

3. Web Development and Design Services

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests can be made before the project begins.

  • Once the design and development process has started, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund.

  • If cancellation is requested before any work has begun, up to 80% of the total project cost may be refunded (after deducting administrative and transaction fees).

  • If cancellation is requested after initial work has started, partial refunds (up to 40%) may be granted depending on the amount of work completed.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable once the final design or website has been delivered or deployed.

  • No refunds will be provided for change-of-mind after project initiation or delivery.

  • In cases of delay from Aegiswebs beyond agreed timelines (excluding client delays), partial compensation or credit may be offered at our discretion.

4. Web Hosting Services

Cancellation Policy

  • Hosting plans may be cancelled anytime by contacting our support team.

  • However, hosting services are prepaid and non-refundable once activated.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available for hosting services once setup or server resources are allocated.

  • If a technical error or failure occurs due to Aegiswebs, a pro-rata refund or account credit may be considered after investigation.

  • No refund will be issued for misuse, policy violation, or account suspension due to non-compliance.

5. Domain Registration Services

Cancellation Policy

  • Domain registration orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the domain has been successfully registered.

  • This is because domain registrations are processed in real time with third-party registrars and are non-reversible.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued if the domain registration fails due to unavailability or technical issues during processing.

  • In such cases, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

6. Maintenance, Support, and Subscription Services

  • Monthly or annual maintenance plans, SEO, or digital marketing services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once initiated.

  • You may cancel renewal by notifying us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.

7. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Transaction fees or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

8. No Refund Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • Delay caused by incomplete client communication or pending approvals.

  • Client’s failure to provide necessary information, access, or materials.

  • Client dissatisfaction due to a subjective opinion after project completion.

  • Violation of Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Services purchased during special promotions, discounts, or bundled offers.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund should be issued, you may contact our billing team at billing@aegiswebs.com.
We aim to resolve disputes amicably and fairly within 7 business days of receiving your request.

10. Changes to This Policy

Aegiswebs reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
